I have been a loyal customer for many years. Recently I have had unexpected changes in my life that have tightened my budget.
I am fully committed to repaying my debt and will continue making the minimum payments as necessitated by your cardholder agreement.
I am requesting a lower monthly payment on my account so that I may reasonably expect to remain current on the account.
