RE:Hess Kennedy Refund Information
I too agree they should go to jail. I received a settlement offer from the Northland Group (debt collector) on behalf of Capital One, but have no file documentation this offer was made due to it being sent to Hess Kennedy or the office of the receivership. It is my understanding, but not yet founded that Capital One may have hand choose what accounts they were willing to settle on. I intend in no way of bashing Capital One but have realized the amount of confusion that was created by Hess Kennedy and their deceptive practices. Im looking for any discussion forums for other victims of the Hess Kennedy scam. I lost over $2300 which may have been sufficent to settle with Capital One. Now its back to square one.

RE:Hess Kennedy Refund Information
Why do I only get 25% of what I paid in? I sent $4000 in and only got $1000 back. This is ridiculous. I hope thse people go to jail!
